Who is Chad Bergman?

Welcome! Let me start by saying hello and thank you for visiting my website, and taking an interest in either real estate or mortgage financing, your single largest investment.  Its no wonder why Americans have the largest number of homeowner in the world.  Its both a right of passage and a well deserved reward for everyone. 

Here's a little bit about myself.  I am a Colorado native, living most of my years in Littleton, CO.  I graduated from Columbine H.S. immediately after I attended and graduate with honors from Fort Lewis College in beautiful Durango, CO.  My education background includes Economic, Tourism, Business Management and Information Technology. 

I entered the mortgage business in 1999 with an online mortgage company which did loans primarily with Lendingtree.com and all by phone and e-mail..  After a year with this online mortgage company, I started originating on my own as a loan officer with Alpine Mortgage Group in 2000.  After many successfully years helping homeowners purchase, refinance, consolidate debt and plan long term, in the mortgage business, I decided to make another move into real estate. The refinance boom of 2001-2004 also helped. Although I don't plan on leaving the mortgage business completely, I wanted to offer my clients "full service" mortgage and real estate services.  Its my belief that every homeowner has a story and that one person can confidently help you with all facades of selling/buying/and financing.  In turn there is a synergy of savings which should be passed onto you, the consumer. 

Technology is a wonderful thing.  Today, you the consumer has more opportunity to educate, shop, and even name your own price when it comes to mortgages and real estate.  Personally, I don't stand to stop this movement, but instead nurture and help with its progression.  I use technology to the maximum in my services and it in turn, it helps with communication, time management, delegation, and simplifying a once very complicated process. 

I am not a discount broker, nor am I a salesperson who will place you into a home or loan that is wrong  for you.  Instead, I am a honest and sincere consultant who will help you through every step of of your transaction and will stay in contact with you  for a lifetime, hoping that you will continue to keep me in mind when friends or family need advice.  

On a personal note, I am very happily married to a very beautiful and dynamic woman. We have two boys, Zack and Carson who keep us very busy. 

My hobbies and interests include mountain biking, hiking, backpacking, water sports, improving my 16 golf handicap score and being the best husband and father I can be.
