Who is Sheri Pexa?

Welcome! Let me start by saying hello and thank you for visiting my website.  I hope you will find the information contained herein helpful in answering some of your mortgage financing questions.   

Here's a little bit about myself.  I was born and raised in Alaska.  After graduating from Homer High I attended college in Alaska, California and Hawaii.  My education background includes Business Management and Information Technology. 

I entered the mortgage business in 1998 where I was co-owner of a mortgage processing business in Washington State.  Upon relocating to Littleton, CO in 2000 I worked as a loan processor for a local mortgage company for 1 1/2 years and then made the switch to originating loans for that same company until November 2003.  After several successful years of working for a broker, I decided that I could better help homeowners purchase, refinance and consolidate debt by starting my own business.  Working out of my home office allows me to be available to my clients -24- hours a day.  If you call me evenings or weekends I can answer your questions on the spot.  Since my overhead is low I provide lower fees and closing costs then larger companies.   That being said, I am not a discount broker, nor am I a salesperson that will place you into a loan that is wrong for you.  Instead, I am a honest and sincere consultant who will help you through every step of your transaction and will stay in contact with you  for a lifetime, hoping that you will continue to keep me in mind when friends or family need advice.  

On a personal note, I am happily married and have two wonderful children.  My hobbies and interests include hiking, skiing, camping, fishing and going on motorcycle rides with my husband.  I have recently taken up golf and plan to get the kids involved as soon as I figure out what I’m doing.
